Starting Situation
The owner of the pharmacy Susten showed great courage in deciding to rebuild an entirely new, individual particular type of pharmacy on the main floor of a newly built familial housing structure.
Requirements
To give the customer a modern, inviting, and informative atmosphere. To invite the customer with special offers to browse around. To integrate a teebar with various herbal teas for the customer to enjoy. To increase sales with a large range of nonprescription medication and other supplies.
Solution
A set of pictures which depicted the pharmaceutical history was placed above the OTC wall. Thus providing the customer with an amusing story to gaze upon. The table in the middle of the sales room generates more sales for gifts as well promotional items. Finally at the teabar the customer turns into being a guest. The opening was a fantastic success. A lomg line stood in front of the pharmacy, neighbours, customers, the entire village eagarly wanted to experience the inside. The owner:
